Construction on the complex was started in 2004 and finished in 2012. The diameter is about one meter from four directions and the width is 1.5 m (5 ft) and a height is 22 m (72 ft). Situated a few kilometers away from Masjid al-Haram and towering over it, these towers are known for their strategic location.
